To make a claim, please follow the steps below:
1. Return / complaint form
Fill in the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.
2. Product referral
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
